Working together
Does AI rewrite the ticket for us?
No. In Draft, AI proposes changes you accept or reject. After Grill, it creates a reviewable Refined v2. Your team edits it and decides when it is ready.
What happens in Grill?
Refinements asks focused questions about the current Draft. One operator submits answers while the team follows live. Those decisions become input for the Refined v2.
Do we need a polished brief to start?
No. A sentence, a problem, or a rough feature idea is enough. Choose a template and improve it together.
Can several people work on the same ticket?
Yes. The editor and Grill update in real time. Invited guests join free with the host's link.
AI, Grill and agents
Which AI model reviews the draft?
A model served through OpenRouter, chosen for fast, precise edits. Every suggestion arrives as a card with the change shown in place; nothing is applied until a person accepts it.
How many Grill rounds can a session have?
Up to six. Each round asks a handful of focused questions based on the current draft and earlier answers. One operator answers while the team follows live.
Can my own agent work in the draft?
Yes. The host copies an invitation from Share → Your agent and pastes it into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any agent that can send HTTP requests. The agent proposes and comments by name; humans accept. Access ends when Grill starts, on revoke, or within 24 hours.
Preview, trial and billing
Does every teammate need a subscription?
No. Only the host subscribes. Invited guests join free, and access within the session follows the host's plan or preview allowance.
What is in the free preview?
One session, three AI reviews, and one Grill round. Start the 7-day trial to create the Refined ticket, run more sessions, or export the reviewed result.
What happens after the trial?
Your €29 monthly subscription starts after 7 days. A card is required when you start the trial, and you can cancel before renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the billing portal. Cancel before renewal and you are not charged again; the current period stays active.
Data and retention
What do you retain?
Session content is deleted when the host closes the session, or automatically after 24 hours of inactivity. Export is the only way to keep the result. Account and billing records remain so the subscription can operate.
Where can I keep the result?
Export the Refined ticket as HTML or Markdown, or send it to Google Drive from the Refined stage. Export is the only copy that survives the session.
Is document content used to train models?
No. Content is sent to the model provider only to produce suggestions for your session and is never logged by Refinements.
